1. Agreement

By using the OnCourtPro Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older (or the local legal minimum age in your region).

3. Accounts

- Keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

- Free, Club and Pro tiers available.
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

- Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.
- No reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or disruptive use.

6. Intellectual Property

- All platform code, branding, and analytics are owned by us.
- You retain ownership of your match data. You grant us a license to process it for Service functionality and analytics.

7. Disclaimers

- Service is provided “as is.”
- No guarantee of skill improvement or specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, injuries, or data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or courts in Virginia, United States.

11. Consumer Rights (EU/California)

- EU users: you retain GDPR rights to data protection, lawful processing, and fair treatment. These rights can be managed via the in-app Privacy Dashboard or by contacting support.
- California users: you retain CCPA rights, including the right to request data access and deletion, and the right to opt out of data sale/sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
